This two day intensive course is a opportunity to practice your own forms on the wheel whilst having a tutor present to guide and help you with any issues. The tutor will work with each participant throughout the weekend giving advice, demonstrations and guidance.
Each person will be able to fire two pieces that they have made over the weekend.
This class is aimed at beginners to intermediates.
What to bring? All tools and materials will be provided. Wearing old clothes that can get mucky is advisable and please bring apron and towel.
Collection: Ceramic work will be ready 4-6 weeks after the final workshop to allow time for pieces to be dried, fired, and glazed. Pots can be collected from the studio at CAST during Open Access Sessions on Monday and Thursday evenings 5:30pm – 8:30pm and Friday afternoons 1:30pm – 4:30pm.
