Cancellation Policy
For courses and taster sessions we require payment in advance to book your space. If you can no longer attend please let us know as soon as possible. We can offer a full refund for your place if you let us know 7 days in advance of the course start date. After this we can offer a 50% refund. If you need to miss a session of a course you can make up the time during one of the open access sessions. This is done by arrangement.
Health and Safety
The safety of studio users and staff is our priority and when you join the studio you will be given a short briefing about the specific Health and Safety measures we have in place regarding working with ceramics.
