A festive workshop making candlestick holders using handbuilding techniques. You will be lead step by step through the process of making.
Suitable for beginners and those with some experience who would like to build on their skills.
£50 includes tuition, equipment, materials and firing of 3 pieces.
For 18 years and over.
What to bring? All tools and materials will be provided. Wearing old clothes that can get mucky is advisable and please bring an apron.
Collection: Ceramic work will be ready 6 weeks after the final workshop to allow time for pieces to be dried, fired, and glazed. Pots can be collected from the studio at CAST during Open Access Sessions on Monday and Thursday evenings 5:30pm – 8:30pm and Friday afternoons 1:30pm – 4:30pm. Pieces will be fired and ready to be picked up before Christmas (19th December).
Minimum attendees 4. If we do not reach this number we may need to cancel the class, in which case you will be notified and refunded.
